Karina Wildgoods, Founder of Wild Chakra Kids.

After experiencing a grey childhood in Poland during the Soviet era in 1981 and integrating many shadows from her past, she became dedicated to inspiring highly empathic, intuitive children who struggle to remember who they are and need to feel seen, heard, and valued.

This mission was sparked in 2007 with the birth of her now-teenage daughter. Through a combination of homeschooling, Waldorf education, and wilderness programs, she discovered how joyful children become when they connect with their inner nature.

Karina currently resides in a permaculture community nestled in the jungle and crystal quartz river mountains of Costa Rica, where she embarks on adventures with her teenage daughter and other inspirational creatives. Karina is an Assertiveness Guide with over 25 years of yoga experience, a university background in Philosophy and Psychology, and certifications as a Nutritional Consultant, Hypnotherapy and Reiki Master. A mindful mother to an almost-adult, she also brings 20+ years of expertise in corporate Solution Selling and Business Development. Since 2015, Karina has annually participated in The Presence Process, a transformative 10-week self-guided journey utilizing breath work for personal accountability and energetic integration. She has attended Hay House “I Can Do It” seminars globally for over two decades, meeting figures like Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra, and draws inspiration from leaders such as Tony Robbins, Carolyn Myss, and Joe Dispenza. Karina also uses techniques like NLP, hypnosis, and Psych-K to foster breakthroughs and inspire personal growth.
